§ 115.07 MINIMUM PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS.
   The minimum physical requirements at all times for each junkyard shall be as follows.
   (A)   The premises where the junkyard is located shall not have more than 2 entrances thereto and 2 exits therefrom, each of which shall not exceed 20 feet in width at the perimeter of the premises.
   (B)   The premises where the junkyard is located shall be enclosed on its perimeter with a nonflammable wall or fence of a minimum height of 8 feet measured from ground level, except for the entrances and exits permitted by division (A) of this section.
   (C)   The wall or fence required by this section and the gates or doors thereto at the entrances and exits, if any, shall not contain any sign, poster, or advertising matter of any kind whatsoever, except 1 sign of the licensee thereon not exceeding 100 square feet in size.
   (D)   The public streets and alleys adjacent to the junkyard shall not have junk thereon.
   (E)   For a distance of 15 feet from the fence within the enclosed area of a junkyard, junk shall not be piled higher than the height of the enclosing fence, except that discarded motor vehicles may be piled 2 vehicles high horizontally.

§ 115.08 PURCHASE FROM MINORS PROHIBITED.
   No licensee under this subchapter shall purchase or receive any article whatsoever from any minor without the written consent of the minor’s parents or guardian.

§ 115.09 RIGHT OF INSPECTION.
   Any licensee under this subchapter shall at all times allow any police officer or patrolman of the city and the public health authorities free access to any and all portions of the junkyard for the purpose of inspection.

§ 115.10 LICENSE REVOCATION.
   The Mayor of the city may revoke the license of any licensee under this subchapter for violating, or failing or refusing to comply with any provision of this subchapter.

§ 115.11 OUTDOOR ACCUMULATION; SCREENING REQUIRED.
   No person or corporation shall accumulate, store, or allow any junk outside of any building on any public or private real estate located within the city, unless screened from view from all locations off the premises. This screening may be by landscaping, fencing, or buildings complying with all applicable laws and ordinances.
