(A) Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall be subject to penalties as provided in § 10.99 of this code.
(B) Whoever violates § 92.002 of this code is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not to exceed $500, or imprisoned in a penal institution other than the penitentiary not to exceed 6 months, or both.
