§ 72.022 TWO-HOUR PARKING.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to permit any motor vehicle to remain parked for a period of more than 2 hours consecutively during regular business hours on the following named and described areas, streets, or portions of streets lying within the corporate limits of the city:
      (1)   East side and west side of Main Street between Union Street and Washington Street;
      (2)   East side and west side of Central Avenue between Union Street and Washington Street;
      (3)   North side and south side of Court Street between Water Street and Sheriff Street;
      (4)   North side and south side of Wood Street between Water Street and Sheriff Street;
      (5)   North side of Washington Street between a point 394 feet east of Main Street to Sheriff Street;
      (6)   South side of Washington Street between a point 394 feet east of main Street to Ten Broeck Street;
      (7)   East side of central Avenue between Washington Street and the east-west alley between Washington Street and Madison Street.
   (B)   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      HOLIDAY. Includes the following days only: New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
      REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.; Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., except on holidays.
