§ 72.015 EXTENDED PARKING PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to permit any motor vehicle, farm implement or trailer to remain parked on any public thoroughfare within the city continuously in the same location for a period of time exceeding 36 hours.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle exceeding 12,000 pounds in gross vehicle weight rating on the public right-of-way for a period in excess of 30 minutes unless the vehicle is being loaded or unloaded.
   (C)   Prohibited vehicles. The following vehicles are prohibited from being parked on any city right-of-way in excess of 30 minutes:
      (1)   Any trailer;
      (2)   Motor home;
      (3)   Campers;
      (4)   Boat/boat trailer;
      (5)   Unlicensed vehicle.
   (D)   There shall be an exception which allows for service trailers owned by contractors to park a trailer adjacent to a property where the contractor is making improvements. This exception shall only apply during the period the contractor is working on the site and can extend through evenings but in no case longer than seven days.
