§ 72.001 PARKING SIGNS TO BE POSTED.

   The Chief of Police shall cause signs to be posted in all areas where parking is limited or prohibited, indicating those limitations or prohibitions.

§ 72.002 PARKING REGULATIONS; COMPLIANCE REQUIRED.

   The parking of any vehicle parallel to the curb shall be permitted as may be provided by ordinance, and it shall be unlawful to park other than parallel to the curb or to park in any designated no-parking areas, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the directions of a police officer or a traffic signal.

§ 72.003 ANNUAL PARKING PASS.

   A parking pass may be obtained for Paris municipal parking lots in which there are meters, for an annual fee of $75.
