§ 30.48 OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES TO CARRY OUT AND ADHERE TO PLAN.
   (A)   All city employees are expected to adhere to the policy set forth in this chapter and to work actively for its implementation both internally and in carrying out village/city program activities.
   (B)   The City of Paris, Illinois designates the Mayor and Commissioners of the City Council to carry out the EEO/AA plan.
