(A) The city shall publicly post or keep available for inspection by any interested party in the main office of the city this determination of such prevailing rate of wage.
(B) The city shall cause a notice to be published in a newspaper of general circulation within the area that the determination of prevailing wages has been made. Said notice shall conform substantially to the notice attached hereto. Such publication shall constitute notice that this is the determination of the city and is effective.
