21.08.030   Preliminary parcel map and parcel map.
   A preliminary parcel map and a parcel map shall be required for any minor subdivision other than those referred to in Section 21.08.020 or expressly exempted from such requirements by the Subdivision Map Act. A parcel map shall not be required for any subdivision for which the requirement of a parcel map has been waived pursuant to Section 21.08.060.
