4.52.080 Personnel.

   (a)   No person shall operate a billiard room or bowling establishment unless there is present, at all times it is open to the public, at least one person twenty-one years of age or older who is devoting his entire time and attention to the activity on the premises.

   (b)   No person shall be employed in any capacity at any billiard room or bowling establishment unless such person:

   (1)   Is at least eighteen years of age;

   (2)   Is of good character;

   (3)   Has read Sections 4.52.050 - 4.52.080.
