2.31.070   Unclaimed money to be deposited in general fund.
   All money so received by the chief of police and unclaimed shall be deposited into the city within ten business days and held in trust on the books of account of the city and if not delivered to the true owner during a six-month period, or to the finder, shall thereafter be transferred to the general fund.
