SEC. 16-3. VIOLATION OF LICENSE OR PERMIT CONDITION.
   (A)   No person shall violate a provision of this chapter. No licensee or permittee shall fail to perform or shall violate any condition of a license or permit granted pursuant to this chapter.
   (B)   Violations of this chapter may be prosecuted as a violation of this code pursuant to section 1-10.
