SEC. 14-18. AMENDMENT.
   Chapter One, Division II - Administration. Except for Sections 101.1,101.2, and 101.3, entitled “Title,” “Purpose,” and “Scope,” Chapter One, Division II entitled “Administration” is hereby deleted from the CPC. The Administrative Code as adopted in the Oxnard City Code, Chapter 14, Article II, shall apply to this article.
