SEC. 11-67. EXEMPTIONS.
   The provisions of this article shall not apply to:
   (A)   Mobile security devices;
   (B)   Alarm systems that are designed to alert only the inhabitants of the alarm site and that do not have audible alarms that can be heard beyond the interior of the alarm site; and
   (C)   Video doorbell systems.
