(A) Residential uses shall not be permitted in this zone, except that any existing dwelling may be maintained and any necessary structural alterations that are required by law may be made to perpetuate such a nonconforming use.
(B) A special use permit for a multi-story structure as referred to in section 16-108 may approve penthouses or one or more floors of living units in addition to the professional uses or other uses permitted by this division.
