§ 3-1  POSSESSION ON CITY PROPERTY.
   No person shall consume, serve or drink any malt beverage or unfortified wine on property owned or occupied by the city, except as permitted under G.S. Ch. 18B.

§ 3-2  SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BEFORE NOON.
   Pursuant to the authority granted by S.L. 2017-87, any establishment located in the City of Oxford and holding an ABC permit issued pursuant to G.S. § 188-1001 is permitted to sell alcoholic beverages allowed by its permit beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Sundays.
