It shall be unlawful for any person to smoke in any building, facility, vehicle, heavy equipment or portion of a building or facility owned, operated, occupied, managed or controlled by the city. The Board of Commissioners shall have the authority to designate smoking areas outside each city building or facility. Smoking areas outside each city building or facility shall be as follows:
(A) City Hall, 300 Williamsboro Street, outside second floor executive entrance;
(B) Public Works, 127 Penn Avenue, outside to the left side of facility under the overhang;
(C) Police Department, 204 East McClanahan Street, outside to the left side of building facing Lanier Street;
(D) Fire Department, 112 East McClanahan Street, outside back door in courtyard area; and
(E) Wastewater Treatment Plant, 1649 New Commerce Drive, outside at covered shed.
