(A) Any full-time employee of the city is eligible for a local fishing permit at no cost. The permit shall be valid for a period of one year from the date of issuance and is non-transferable. The employee is also required to obtain a fishing license from the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission.
(B) The local permit is voided upon the employee's’ separation from employment with the city.
(C) City employees shall, at all times, comply with all of the regulations governing Lake Devin.
