§ 12-46  STATE AND LOCAL PERMITS REQUIRED.
   No person shall fish in Lake Devin without obtaining a local fishing permit issued by the city, and a fishing license issued by the North Carolina Wildlife Commission.  Any person fishing In Lake Devin shall have the permit, the license and another form of identification in their possession while fishing.
