§ 12-31  DAILY LIMIT ON FISH.
   (A)   The daily limit for any fish taken out of Lake Devin shall be in accordance with the regulations of the NC State Wildlife Resources Commission, which shall be duly posted within the Lake Devin area.
   (B)   Israeli Carp may not be taken from Lake Devin.
