Camping and cookouts are permitted but only if with adequate provisions for the disposal of waste of any kind in accordance with guidelines approved by the State Board of Health. All trash and rubbish shall be kept collected in containers and removed from the watershed. No overnight use is allowed without written permission from the City Manager or his or her designee.
