§ 12-5  VEHICLES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a vehicle upon the Lake Devin Dam, except for a city-owned vehicle being operated in an official capacity.

   (B)   Punishment for a violation of this section shall be  as set forth in § 1-99, as amended.
