The Chief of Police shall designate individual parking spaces in the parking zones as adopted by the Board of Commissioners through an ordinance. The parking spaces shall be designated by lines painted or durably marked on the curbing or surface of the street and/or city owned/operated off street parking lot. At each space so marked off it shall be unlawful to park any vehicle in a way that the vehicle is not entirely within the limits of the space so designated.
