(A) Skateboards, scooters, rollerblades and skates shall not be operated on sidewalks in the downtown business district, except on the city owned Skateboard Park. A map of the downtown business district is incorporated by reference and is on file in the office of the City Clerk. See Chapter 15, Article IV for regulations pertaining to skateboard parks.
(B) When using skateboards, scooters, rollerblades or skates on sidewalks outside of the downtown business district, pedestrians have the right- of-way, and those operating skateboards, scooters, rollerblades or skates must yield to pedestrians.
