§ 2-172 DUTIES UNDER RETAINER.
It shall be the duty of the City Attorney, under his or her retainer, to:
(A) Attend all meetings of the Board; and
(B) Advise the Manager and the Board during meetings of the Board, in regard to matters connected with the city's business.
