§ 2-151  DUTIES.
   It shall be the duty of the Treasurer to:
   (A)   Receive and securely keep all moneys which he or she shall receive on behalf of the city;
   (B)   Keep an accurate account of all moneys which he or she shall receive on behalf of the city;
   (C)   Give a receipt for all moneys received by him or her;
   (D)   Render a monthly statement of his or her receipts and disbursements to the Board at their regular monthly meeting and at other times as the Board may require;
   (E)   Do and perform other acts as the City Manager may require;
   (F)   Act as accountant by virtue of his or her office;
   (G)   Make annually a full and complete transcript of receipts and disbursements on account of the city and cause same to be printed in some newspaper published in the city, at the end of each fiscal year; and
   (H)   Pay all warrants approved by the Board.
