§ 2-101 DUTIES.

   It shall be the duty of the Mayor to:

   (A)   Preside over all meetings of the Board;

   (B)   Keep himself or herself informed as to the city's business;

   (C)   See that all laws and ordinances are enforced; and

   (D)   See that the conditions of all franchises and contracts granted by the city are faithfully complied with and executed.
