§ 2-84  OTHER REQUESTS FOR PERSONNEL INFORMATION.
   (A)   Requests for city employee personnel information not otherwise provided for in this division shall be made in writing to the Director of Personnel.
   (B)   If the Director of Personnel determines that the person requesting the information is authorized by statute to receive it and that information is not deemed confidential under law, then the request shall be granted.
