§ 2-83  ACCESS BY SUPERVISOR.
   A request by a city supervisor to review his or her subordinate's personnel record shall be made to a member of the personnel office staff.  The personnel staff shall make available, for review in the personnel office, the contents of a personnel file to the supervisor.
