§ 2-76 GENERALLY.

The information in a city employee's personnel records that can be made public shall be as specified in G.S. § 160A-168. The information in a city employee's personnel records that is confidential shall be as specified in G.S. § 160A-168. The penalties for authorized access or examination of personnel files shall be as specified in G.S. § 160A-168.
