(A) No person shall be permitted to ride a skateboard or skate within the designated skateboard park unless that person is wearing a helmet, elbow pads, and kneepads.
(B) Hours of operation are from sunrise to sunset. No skateboarding or rollerblading are allowed after dark or prior to sunrise.
(C) Bicycles and scooters of any type are not permitted on the skateboard park.
(D) No person shall be permitted to use the skateboard park without first registering for a permit through the Department of Recreation as determined by the Department of Recreation and approved by the City Board of Commissioners. Persons using the skateboard park must have the permit with them at all times of use.
