The purpose of this article is to establish rules and procedures for persons who engage in certain hazardousrecreational activities that occur in an area designated for certain hazardous recreational activities and as required by G.S. §§ 99E-21 through 99E-25, which is incorporated by reference herein as if fully set forth.
