§ 2-1 LOAN OR LEASE OF CITY EQUIPMENT.

No officer or employee of the city shall loan or lease any machinery, tools or other equipment belonging to the city to any person without the consent of the Board, except as authorized by the Mayor or City Manager for a short period of time.
