(A) (1) All parties on a street or similar passageway desiring an extension of sewer system must present a signed petition form to the City Board.
(2) To be approved by the Board, the persons who sign the petition must constitute a majority both in number and property footage abutting on the proposed sewer extension.
(3) Property owners will be assessed for extending the sewer system by the policy currently in effect at the time of the petition.
(B) Forms for petitions will be furnished by the City Clerk's office.
