(A) Upon installing bathroom facilities and connecting them to a sewer line, the owner of the property upon which the installation and connection occurs shall render unfit any privy located upon the property by removing any fixtures located in the privy and filling in the excavation over which the privy is located.
(B) The owner of the land upon which the privy is located may use the building for some purpose other than a privy after the above restrictions have been complied with.
