(A) Water and sewer tap or connection fees shall be assessed according to Appendix A attached hereto and made a part hereof.
(B) All water meter taps over 1½ inches and sewer taps over 4 inches will be installed at city cost, plus 10% for the first $1,000 and 15% for the expenses above $1,000. Except when a person who does not own the land applies for the connection, that person shall pay the estimated cost in cash at the time of making the application.
(C) The tap fees will be updated from time to time and are also found on file in the office of the City Engineer.
(D) The Water and Sewer Superintendent will calculate the exact cost of the water and sewer tap installation and notify the Finance Department of any additional billing. The Finance Department will add any additional charges to the first bill.
