§ 19-105  REMOVAL OF UNSAFE VEHICLES FROM SERVICE.
   Any taxicab which is found after inspection to be unsafe or in any way unsuitable, or to be operated in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, may be immediately ordered out of service by the inspector.  Before being placed back in service, it shall be reinspected and approved.
