(A) No owner, operator or driver of a taxicab shall cause or permit the taxicab to be operated along or over established bus routes for the purpose of picking up passengers who are waiting for buses.
(B) Nothing herein shall be construed to prohibit or interfere with the response to a call for a taxicab.
