(A) Every owner and/or operator shall file with the inspector his or her name, business address, home address, business and home telephone numbers, and a list showing the serial numbers and make of all taxicabs owned and operated by him or her and the names of all drivers, their license numbers and addresses, and shall, within 48 hours after any change in connection therewith, report the change to the inspector.
(B) In case more than one owner operates under the same name, the operator shall make all reports required by this chapter in behalf of all owners operating under his or her name.
