§ 17-31  LAW ENFORCEMENT POWERS.
   All members of the Auxiliary Police Division shall be vested with the power of arrest when called to duty by the Chief of Police or other commanding officers of the Police Department.  No member of the Auxiliary Police Division shall attempt to enforce any laws or arrest any person while off-duty unless accompanied by a regular police officer.
