§ 17-6 PATROLS OUTSIDE CITY.

(A) Police cars shall not patrol outside of the city limits at any time, except in pursuit of persons suspected of having committed felonies such as murder, arson or rape.

(B) The Police Department may answer calls from industries located within one mile of the city.
