(A) (1) The registration fees for participants in city sponsored recreation programs shall be established by the Director of Recreation with the assistance of the Recreation Advisory Committee.
(2) County participants shall pay a higher fee than city residents for the same activity or sport.
(B) The fee schedules as are established shall be subject to final review and approval by the Board.
