§ 14-7  DISTURBING SCHOOL CHILDREN.
   It shall be unlawful for any person at or near any schoolhouse or property within the town to engage by conversation, sign or otherwise attract the attention of any of the pupils therein or thereon, to the disturbance of the same and to the detriment of the discipline of the school or otherwise cause any disturbance whatsoever on or near school property.  It shall be unlawful for any person to cause any disturbance or disrupt any school function, sport or other gathering within the city, whether the same be on or off of school property.
