§ 10-53  FEED BINS AND FOOD CONTAINERS.
   All food and feed kept for feeding chickens, cows, pigs, horses and other animals shall be kept and stored in rat-free and rat-proof containers, compartments or rooms unless kept in a rat-proof building.
