§ 10-2 RIGHT OF ENTRY TO INSPECT AND INVESTIGATE CONDITIONS.

The County Health Officer or any of his or her assistants shall have the right to enter at any reasonable time any premises for the purpose of making the inspections or investigations as required by this chapter.
