(A) For the purpose of conducting inspections, responding to complaints and making investigations pursuant to this code, the fire official and his or her officers must have access to buildings, facilities and premises which are subject to this code.
(B) Any person who wrongfully and intentionally denies the fire official or his or her officers, while in the exercise of duty, entrance or access to a building, facility or the premises shall be in violation of this code.
