(A) All persons engaging in or desiring to engage in any activity which requires a permit or inspection may be subject to fees as identified in the appendixes attached to Ord. 95-8-2. These fees may be changed from time to time by the Board of City Commissioners.
(B) A current fee schedule shall be filed with the Clerk to the Board of City Commissioners and the fire official for public inspection. All fees shall be paid within the time specified in the billing or notice to make payment. Failure to pay any and all fees shall constitute a violation of this code.
