(A) The Board of City Commissioners hereby adopts and incorporates the State Building Code, Volume 1-A, Administration and Enforcement Requirements, Volume V, Fire Prevention, and all appendixes of the volumes, into this Fire Prevention and Protection Code of the city. In addition to all of the chapters of Volume V, Fire Prevention, it is specifically noted that Chapter 4 is hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference. Copies of this code and all technical codes and standards adopted by reference, shall be filed with, and made available for public inspection in the offices of the Clerk to the Board of City Commissioners and the Fire Chief.
(B) Amendments to codes and standards adopted by reference herein which are adopted and published by the State Building Code Council shall be effective in the city at the time the amendments become a part of Volume 1A, Administration and Enforcement Requirements, and Volume V, Fire Prevention, of the State Building Code.
(C) All appendixes to this code are hereby adopted as part of this code.
