(A) This article shall be known as the “Fire Prevention and Protection Code of the City of Oxford, North Carolina,” and may be cited as such and referred to herein as the “code.”
(B) The adoption of the code hereby repeals, replaces and voids any and all other codes or ordinances previously adopted by the city with respect to fire prevention.
