(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to cut, break or in any other way to damage or destroy any tree, shrub or plant, or wantonly damage or destroy any flower, either wild or cultivated, in any cemetery or to deface any tombstone, monument or building in any cemetery.

(B) The maximum penalty for violation of this section shall be no less than $50 and no greater than $250. A penalty schedule, which may be amended from time to time, shall be kept on record in the office of the City Clerk.
