(A) Purchase of surplus grave spaces on cemetery lots owned by persons wishing to sell same is authorized; provided, the owners can furnish sufficient evidence that they are the true owners of the lots in question. The grave spaces shall be purchased for the fee tied to resolution.
(B) The sale of grave spaces on lots where titles are questionable may be sold by owners to purchasers willing to assume the risks involved in the purchases. This section does not apply to lots sold with the restriction that the lots be sold back to the city only.
